Focus on C.A.R.E. Clinics
BackTracks Focus on C.A.R.E. Clinics program has been designed specifically to connect the Family Physicians in Primary Care Centres with a Chiropractor/Chiropractic Specialist. BackTracks C.A.R.E Clinics has two main objectives:
To promote the integration of chiropractic care into the Assessment, Treatment and Rehabilitation of NMSK disorders for all Ontarians
To enhance the role of the Chiropractic Specialists as a leader to the “NMSK support team” for you and your Family Physician.
As the name suggest, BackTracks C.A.R.E. Clinics provides the Family Physician and the Patient access to a Chiropractor in Assessment for Rehabilitation and Education of common NMSK disorders.
The goal for the C.A.R.E Clinic is to assess and educate the patient to better understand his/her condition, and the strategies for self-care and exercise.
The BackTracks C.A.R.E Clinics Program for Low Back Pain was recently launched at Carlington Community Health Centre in January 2014.
