BKT-12 Step

  • Basic level program with instruction by a Registered Kinesiologist for improving spinal flexibility.

  • Explore & identify the painful zones and areas of major restriction/limitation in your spine

  • Once identified our Registered Kinesiologist will design and train YOU in a personal home stretching that targets YOUR specific needs with emphasis on YOUR activities of daily living, work related duties or YOUR specific sports/recreational activities.

The result is a Spinal flexibility program designed specifically for YOU.


Core on the Floor

  • Intermediate level program with instruction by a Registered Kinesiologist for improving CORE muscle strength and basic spinal stability

  • Explore and identify your target muscle weakness and resultant faulty movement patterns

  • Once identified our Registered Kinesiologist will design and train you in a personal home CORE ON THE FLOOR Strength Program to target YOUR specific muscle weakness and improve basic stability in your faulty movement patterns

The result is a CORE muscle strengthening program designed specifically for YOU.


Get on the Ball

  • Advanced level program with instruction by a Registered Kinesiologist for enhanced CORE Stability training using Exercise Balls, Therabands, & Dumbbells.

  • Builds upon the foundations of CORE on the FLOOR, when return to work, sports or daily activities requires high demands (i.e. heavy lifting, twisting, etc) or when addition CORE/Spinal Stability is necessary to protect Spinal Disc injuries (i.e. Disc Bulge and Disc Herniation)

  • Our Registered Kinesiologist will design and train you in a personal program of Advanced Ball Spinal Stability Exercise that builds upon the foundations you have learned in our BKT12-Steps Flexibility Tracks and CORE on the FLOOR Tracks.

The result is the most effective CORE Stability Training Program designed specifically for YOU.
